Mandisa Boxill, CEO.
Born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, Mandisa has always carried a deep passion for culture, hospitality, music, and human connection. For the past 15 years, she has called New York City home, immersing herself in one of the most dynamic hospitality and entertainment capitals of the world.
Mandisa’s journey in the New York restaurant and nightlife industry began from the ground up. Over the last 14 years at one of New York City’s premier cabaret venues, she worked her way up from busser and food runner to General Manager— gaining firsthand experience in every layer of hospitality, leadership, and guest experience along the way. She believes the most unforgettable moments happen when great music, exceptional hospitality, vibrant energy, and authentic culture exist in the same space.
Through Trintertainment Group, Mandisa combines her Caribbean roots, New York experience, and passion for elevated experiences to create events that feel both exciting and meaningful. Her mission is not only to entertain, but to proudly share the spirit, warmth, rhythm, and culture of the Caribbean with the world.
Antonio Martinez, Chef.
Born and bred in the Bronx, New York, Antonio Martinez brings together the energy of New York City and the rich flavors of the Caribbean through his work as founder of Lab456, LLC, and resident chef in collaboration with Trintertainment Group.
Raised around the influence of Puerto Rican, Jamaican, and Trinidadian cultures, Antonio developed a deep appreciation for the food, music, and traditions that make Caribbean culture so vibrant and powerful. That influence is reflected in every dish he creates.
With experience working in restaurants and yacht clubs throughout New York City and across the United States, Antonio combines elevated hospitality with bold, soulful cuisine. Known for his charismatic personality and passion for bringing people together, he specializes in Puerto Rican classics and Caribbean-American fusion that celebrates the diversity and spirit of New York City.
Through the collaboration between Lab456 and Trintertainment Group, Antonio creates more than food — he creates experiences full of flavor, culture, and connection.
Sri Elleston, Pastry Chef.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Sri Elleston brings together her Trinidadian and Jamaican roots with years of professional baking experience to create desserts that are both elevated and full of soul.
As the founder of Spongie’s Pastries, LLC, Sri has built a reputation for crafting beautiful and unforgettable desserts for weddings, baby showers, birthdays, and special celebrations of all kinds. Having worked in some of New York City’s most prestigious bakeries and restaurants, she brings a high level of skill, creativity, and passion to every creation.
Known for blending classic French pastry techniques with bold Caribbean flavors, Sri’s desserts reflect the rich cultures that shaped her. From delicate cakes and pastries to comforting island-inspired treats, every dessert is designed to create joy, connection, and lasting memories.
Through her collaboration with Trintertainment Group, Sri continues to share her love for culture, celebration, and hospitality — one dessert at a time.
